Jeden Tag produzieren wir mit unseren ca. 230 Teammitgliedern zuverlässig hochwertige, veredelte Etiketten für unsere Kunden aus der Weinwelt, für Weinkellereien, Genossenschaften, sehr viele Weingüter, Start-Ups, Spirituosenhersteller und viele mehr. Ein Etikett ist nicht nur eine einfache Botschaft – es ist der erste Eindruck, den ein Produkt auf den Konsumenten macht. Wir lieben es, diesen ersten Eindruck zu perfektionieren.
As experts, we have been pursuing this mission since 1951. Founded by Otto Krämer in Kues, we have developed over the years into one of the leading manufacturers of self-adhesive labels in the wine, sparkling wine and spirits industry - with the help of our great team, with courage, a spirit of innovation and a passion for the craft of printing. We have been shaped by our roots and loyal customers, who have been with us from the very beginning, and by the market, which constantly presents us with new challenges. A challenge that we gladly accept.
The feeling of holding an exceptionally high-quality label as well as the customer's shining eyes, the knowledge of the individual steps and the expertise and craftsmanship with which this great product is created drives us to create outstanding products every day. Each label is a small masterpiece in itself, reflecting and representing the history, flavour and tradition of each product.
In unserer Druckerei vereinen sich Tradition und Innovation. Die Handwerkskunst ist das Fundament unseres Schaffens. Aber wir ruhen uns nicht auf unseren Lorbeeren aus – wir sind immer auf der Suche nach neuen Technologien, um unsere Etiketten noch beeindruckender zu gestalten, unsere Abläufe zu optimieren und für alle Beteiligten Positives zu schaffen. Wir sind stolz darauf, dass unsere Etiketten nicht nur ästhetisch ansprechend sind, sondern auch höchste Qualitätsstandards erfüllen.

Our story
1951
Krämer Druck was founded in 1951 by Otto Krämer, a certified typesetter and bookbinder. The company was located in Bernkastel-Kues.
1976
In 1976, son Leo Krämer took over the business as tenant and in 1981 as owner. At that time, the business was based on the printing of wine labels for winegrowers and wineries, as well as the production of commercial printing.
1995
Since 1995, printing templates have been created digitally in the pre-press stage. This means that text and image integration as well as page assembly are carried out electronically. Typesetters and manual sheet assembly are now a thing of the past and digitalisation has arrived.
1998
We were one of the first printing companies in Rhineland-Palatinate to receive ISO certification back in 1998, laying the foundations for standardised production. Today, we are ISO 9001:2015 certified and continue to work on our quality management.
2001
In 2001, a further step towards innovation was taken with rotary offset printing in the new ‘Werk Andel’. In the same year, son Matthias and in 2006 son Christian joined the company. This was followed by specialisation in self-adhesive labels.
2013
Since this year we at Krämer Druck are FSC® (FSC-C115416) & PEFC (PEFC/04-31-2094) certified. This enables us to offer our customers the opportunity to make their products more sustainable and ethical. In the coming years, production will also be followed by the administration in the new buildings in Andel. The former buildings in Kues are now used as a storage facility.
2023
Zählte man im Jahr 2001 noch rund 40 Mitarbeiter, bot die Firma Krämer Druck 2012 schon ca. 135 Mitarbeitern einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz. Heute sind wir stolz darauf, mit ca. 230 Teammitgliedern täglich hochveredelte Etiketten für die Wein-, Sekt- und Spirituosenbranche herzustellen und jedes Jahr unseren Auszubildenden in handwerklichen, technischen und kaufmännischen Berufen den Start ins Berufsleben zu ermöglichen.
