Seit dem 08.12.2023 sind Nährwerte und eine Zutatenliste bei Wein und Sekt verpflichtend auf dem Etikett anzugeben. Einige Pflichtangaben, wie zum Beispiel der Brennwert, müssen immer auf dem Etikett selbst abgedruckt werden und genau wie z.B. der Alkoholgehalt eindeutig aus Ihrer Bestellung hervorgehen.
Display nutritional information and list of ingredients on the label using a QR code
For some mandatory information, however, the legislator also allows this to be ‘passed on’ to the consumer by means of a QR code (web link) and not printed on the label. Of course, the QR code/weblink must be available online. If you want to use the QR code on the label, there are a few things to consider to ensure that the correct QR code is always printed on the correct label. We would therefore like to support you in finding the right way for you and thus continue to enable good cooperation.

Option 1
Your print file contains your QR code
Your procedure:
You send us your print data.
Our procedure:
You will receive a galley proof of the label on which your QR code is displayed. The web link (e.g. ‘https://www.meine-naehrwerte.de/123’) is also listed on the proof so that you can check it.
Option 2
You have a ready-generated QR code as a file (PDF, JPG, PNG, ... etc.)
Your procedure:
You send us your generated QR code as a file. It is important that we can clearly assign your QR code to the respective item of your order - e.g. by including the order and article number in the file name.
Our procedure:
You will receive a galley proof of the label on which your QR code has been inserted. The web link (e.g. ‘https://www.meine-naehrwerte.de/123’) is also listed on the proof so that you can check it.
Option 3
You have the content of your QR code (web link) in digital form
Your procedure:
You send us your weblink (e.g. ‘https://www.meine-naehrwerte.de/123’) either on your electronic order or in an e-mail. It is important that we can clearly assign your web link to the respective item of your order.
Our procedure:
You will receive a galley proof of the label on which the QR code generated by us is displayed. The web link (e.g. ‘https://www.meine-naehrwerte.de/123’) is also listed on the proof so that you can check it.
Option 4
You have the nutritional information and the list of ingredients available
Your procedure:
You provide us with the details when ordering. It is also possible to do this by hand.
Our procedure:
We create a classic nutritional table and list of ingredients for you without a QR code. You can check the nutritional value table, as well as all other information, as usual on the proof sheet.
Option 5
You use a Management Information System (MIS) - or comparable software
Your procedure:
You send us your web link (e.g. ‘https://www.meine-naehrwerte.de/123’) with your electronic order. In addition to the order, your MIS sends an e-mail (also in CC, together with the order) with an XML file attached to ‘naehrwerte(at)kraemer-druck.de’. The XML file is generated by your software and should also contain the web link and your order number (or a comparable number so that the web link can be clearly assigned).
Our procedure:
We generate your QR code for you and can automatically synchronise the web link with your order even before you receive a galley proof from us. The QR code generated by us is shown on the galley proof. In addition, the web link (e.g. ‘https://www.meine-naehrwerte.de/123’) is listed on the galley proof so that you can check it again.

Please note that we do not check the content of all nutritional information, the list of ingredients and / or web links of the QR codes. Initially, the content for the e-label must be stored by you with a corresponding provider and a QR code/weblink generated from it. We copy the information you provide to us (QR code / weblink) and thus prevent the data supplied to us from being changed.
