Welcome to the team! Trainees of 2025

Today, we welcomed five new trainees to Krämer Druck. Emma and Raul will be learning all about the printing trade as media technologists in production, Maja is starting her training as an office management assistant in administration, and Anna and Enrika are set to begin their careers as media designers.

The new trainees were welcomed at a welcome event, where HR manager Franz-J. Kappes and Miriam Peetzen provided an overview of our company and the training programme. The presentation was supplemented by the two trainers Matthias Pazen and Karsten Krempel. Christian Krämer took the opportunity to personally welcome the new trainees.

The practical part of the day was not long in coming: the trainees were invited to print their own bags using screen printing – their first introduction to the world of printing technology. This was followed by a tour of the company, during which they were introduced to all departments and work areas. Finally, the trainees were assigned to their respective departments, where they had the opportunity to meet their new colleagues.

During a joint lunch, initial impressions were shared and further open questions were clarified.
