Health days at Krämer Druck

Even small back exercises can make a big difference in everyday life. It's not for nothing that we keep hearing the phrase, ‘Sitting is the new smoking.’ People who work at a desk a lot or do physical labour every day are particularly familiar with the issue of back pain.
That's why this year's Health Days focused entirely on back health. The friendly staff at BARMER measured and evaluated the posture of all interested participants in various positions. The results were then discussed immediately and individual exercises were presented – easy to do and perfectly suited to strengthening the back and core muscles.
