1st trainee project successfully completed

Learning with creativity and responsibility

At Krämer Druck, our trainees can not only put their skills to the test in their day-to-day work, but also realise their own projects. They go through all the steps - from planning and design to realisation - and take on responsibility independently.

One highlight: the first training project, in which the trainees design and print a label together. They work in an interdisciplinary way, familiarise themselves with the company's processes and gain valuable experience. At the same time, teamwork is strengthened - ideal preparation for the future!

Various types of finishing were used in the project, such as blind embossing, hot foil and sand varnish. The trainees were able to work their way round various printing machines and achieved a great result overall!
